Dr. David W. Bertrand’s mission is to catalyze aliveness—one team, one leader, one coach, and one person at a time. For work with teams, he uses an innovative yet evidence-inspired approach to increase collective results by strengthening team member connections and also by revealing weaknesses that hold the team back. A healthy, thriving team is a force to be reckoned with.
His research in executive coaching and transformational leadership was recently recognized with a 1st place prize at the annual conference of The Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and the premiere global gathering of thought leaders concerning the nexus of coaching and leadership.
Dr. Bertrand’s style has been described as engaging, friendly, flexible, and fun, adept in creating open and collaborative environments. Through team facilitation efforts and follow-up coaching, his passion and knowledge around personal growth and development will help you and/or your team breakthrough to the next level.
Dr. Bertrand received a doctoral degree in leadership & higher education from Southern Methodist University and also holds two degrees from Baylor University, one in business (BBA) and another in human performance (MSEd).
